| Computer Programmers are Actually Great Creative Artists |
WAY back till 2003 I was under impression that computers are loaded with recorded programs which are same like magnetic tape music cassettes.This may sound very funny but this is true and I am quite sure when you heard something like loading a computer with pre-recorded instructions you would feel the same way.
This is on 2003 winter when I was first introduced to Computer Programming. A bright and glorious world of creativity.
Like me many have the idea that Computer Programmers are boring geeky and has no creativity like painters or poets. They are just mechanical guys who work with machines. But that is not the case.
The creativity is the ability to create something from imagination.
Painters do create paintings with brush and colors. Their imagination comes alive by their brush and color.
Poets and writers do create poems and novels with their words. Their imaginations come alive with their words.
Similarly Computer Programmers do create computer programs and applications out of their imaginations using codes or programming languages.
All 3 shares same joy of creation once they are successful in creating what they want. This is joy of creation , the Ultimate joy of everything.
Making a machine behave the way we imagine is far more difficult compared to others. Where you have restrictions and limitations of machine. Hence I will give more credit to Computer Programmers as Artists.
